Veterinarians
Priscilla Pulver, DVM
Originally from Sulphur, Louisiana, Dr. Pulver attended Louisiana State University and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. Having previously practiced in the Treasure Valley, she purchased The Pet Hospital in February 2011. She renamed the hospital Sunnyside Animal Hospital in honor of her faithful old border collie, Sunny, who passed away in 2009. Her veterinary interests include preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and geriatric care.
In her free time, Dr. Pulver enjoys horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and fishing. At home she has 4 dogs, 3 cats, 6 horses, 6 cows, and a plethora of chickens.
Talitha Neher, DVM
Dr. Talitha Neher grew up in Sandpoint, Idaho. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine, then worked her way back west to Idaho. She now lives in Boise with her husband, son and pit bull collection in a house with too many books and not enough bookshelves.
At the clinic, Dr. Neher enjoys providing accessible spay/neuter services to the community, working with local rescue groups, and addressing behavior problems. When not at work, she competes in combined driving events with her pony Cattywampus, hikes and haunts used book stores.
